We are looking for people who are not easily intimidated.
At ICA Studio there are no standard projects.
Every plant, every construction site and every permitting procedure presents different technical, logistical and operational constraints. That is why we look for curious, independent people who can work on concrete, sometimes complex problems.
We are a firm of more than 20 people, with a direct and lightly hierarchical operating structure. Younger professionals work closely from the outset with the founders and project managers, taking an active part in technical and operational activities.
There is no long probation phase here: you enter projects quickly, with progressively growing responsibilities and continuous discussion with the team.
What we are looking for
Junior profiles
Young talents eager to grow and challenge themselves in a stimulating technical environment
Environmental / chemical engineers
Professionals specialised in processes, plants and complex permitting pathways
Civil / structural engineers
Professionals to be involved in design, technical review and the development of industrial, infrastructure and civil works.
Engineers with site experience
Experts in construction management, testing, safety coordination and on-site operational activities.
